Ida Frømyr Borgen (1988) is a freelance dancer, choreographer and teacher based in Oslo, Norway. She has a technical base in contemporary dance and improvisation, and her work is often site specific, collective and interdisciplinary. Borgen is currently a member of the dance collectives Ompaniet and Kunstgress, as well as the creative collective KOSO.

With the pre-project Plantropologi, the duo Borgen/Bach explore parallels between human behaviour and plant behaviour, in search of narratives that can arise by translating the movement language of plants into the human body.
