Witchfire is a performance based on a monologue written by Marianne Heier, performed with dancers from Kunstgress. The text addresses the textile industry's development throughout history, focusing on working conditions and tensions between production, consumption and profits. The dancers move on roller skates in a choreography based on established collective movement patterns associated with production, demonstration, struggle and resistance.
